• We prepare estimates each quarter based on your business income and expenses for the quarter – not the year.

• Some accountants have you pay the same amount each quarter. But the 2nd quarter covers two months, and the 4th quarter covers four months. The other two quarters each cover three months. We base our estimates on your quarterly amounts, which also take into consideration seasonal fluctuations.
